These Terms are an integral part of the offer and govern the relationship between the user and the Company related to the placement of ads for a fee in certain regions and categories of Govador (hereinafter referred to as the "services"). Terms may appear in these Terms as defined in the Govador Terms of Use and the offer.

General rules

For the purposes of these Terms:

Ad placement refers to adding an ad to the search results on Govador in the relevant category, which can be done by submitting a new ad and/or activating a previously created ad that has expired.
A region is a territorial unit provided by the Govador interface, which may consist of one city or a combination of several settlements united by Govador into one unit, within which advertisements are placed for a fee.
A category is a set of ads, united by a common theme, of any level of a structured hierarchy as presented on Govador.
Parameters are understood as a set of properties of the product offered in the ad. Model, brand, specifications, condition, purpose, address and other parameters, including those specified by the user when placing an ad.
Placement of ads on Govador in certain categories, regions, as well as indicating certain parameters is carried out on a paid basis. These categories, regions, and dimensions are defined in the Govador interface when the user enters the relevant ad properties and characteristics.

Posting ads in a category in which users are active in order to generate income is paid (including if you operate within the same company or joint business). For the purposes of these Terms, the Company determines the active status of the user in a particular category, as well as the presence of signs of the use of several profiles within the same company or joint business, incl. family.

The display on Govador of ads placed in accordance with these Terms is carried out in the search results in the general list simultaneously with ads of other users that are similar in content, query or other parameters, including ads placed within the limit at no additional charge, if it is available to the user in the corresponding category.

Action and cost of services

One-time ad posting - enabling the user to make a one-time ad placement on Govador.

Obligations to provide such a service are considered fulfilled from the moment the ad is added to the search results on Govador, regardless of its further status, the period of being on Govador during the validity period of the ad, removal of the ad from display (including early), application of promotion services to the ad.

The cost of services is presented in the interface on Govador at the time of ordering services and depends on the ad category, region and other parameters determined by the Company.

Change ad placement options for an ad - providing the user with the technical ability to change individual ad placement options for a Govador ad. Changing the parameters using the service is possible only if it is technically available in the site interface.

Obligations to provide such a service are considered fulfilled from the moment the relevant placement parameters are changed for the ad, regardless of the further status of the ad on Govador, the period of being on Govador during the ad's validity period, removal of the ad from display (including early), application of promotion services to the ad . The use of the service does not affect the validity of the ad. The ad placement parameters are changed for the remaining term for the ad.

The cost of services is presented in the interface on Govador at the time of ordering services and depends on the parameters being changed, as well as the ad category, region and other parameters determined by the Company.
